Stonebridge’s commitment to Supportive Living starts at the top. Our Administrator and management team are experienced professionals working together to emphasize residents’ independence while giving them the support they need.
Stonebridge’s goals and accomplishments are guided by our valuable Administrator. He leads with honesty and kindness. His vision for his team is clear and simple; care for and serve residents with compassion and respect.
Our Wellness leaders include: A Director of Nursing/RN and LPN’s. The nurses, along with our 24/7 staffing of C.N.A’s, are here to assist with a wellness-focused approach in caring for our residents. Every Stonebridge resident has their own Individualized Healthcare Service Plan that’s developed as a partnership between the Wellness staff and the resident.
Our Director of Residence Life creates activities, plans outings and encourages involvement where everyone’s abilities can shine. Motivation and participation is what you will find here at Stonebridge and we welcome residents suggestions and ideas for activities based on their life experiences.
Stonebridge’s Dietary Team creates and serves delicious and nutritious meals three times daily, served restaurant style in our formal dining room.
Stonebridge’s Maintenance and Housekeeping staff keep the community running smoothly and looking fabulous.
Our friendly and engaging Marketing Director and Move-In Coordinator work as a team to educate applicants and family members on the steps required to become a Stonebridge resident and guide them through the process.
The Stonebridge Business Office Manager assists residents with insurance items and state and federal entitlement programs.
The Move-In Coordinator assists residents in their transition to Stonebridge and helps residents complete their annual recertification in the program.
