Shari is a compassionate and ethical professional with experience in social services and the medical field. She has spent the last 17 years in the housing industry with at risk populations. Shari holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and is a credentialed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Illinois. Shari currently is working on her Masters degree in Human and Social Services. Shari specializes in serving people with all disabilities. She utilizes her skills and training to assist others to gain independence and encourage them to develop their strengths and empower them to advocate for themselves. Stonebridge’s model Safety, Security, Compassion, Love and Dignity is what drew Shari to seeking employment here.

As a mother and grandmother, Shari is a true problem solver and has taken her passion for helping others to focusing on those in crisis. Shari is also the Co-Founder of a ministry that assists families in McHenry and Lake Counties.

In her spare time, Shari enjoys spending time with her family which includes 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, bike riding, and sitting by the lake.
